Day 85 - 101 Days of Awesome

My thanks to somewhat regular commenter The Jakes for recommending Cheeseboard Pizza to me many years back. This isn't your typical pizza place. You don't go up to the counter and order the pizza you want. No, you order the pizza they want.

The make one kind of pizza every day. You can check their website to see if it's one you're going to like that day, then head on in. But beware - it doesn't matter what time you go or on what day. There will be a line out there door. I've never waited less than five minutes and often about 15 to get in. But once you get to the counter, you order and they have it ready, hot and fresh out of the over.

I tend to enjoy any pizza they have with Crimini Mushrooms. But really, don't worry about what kind they're serving. They're all delicious.
